Mentor Q & A

My cat recently attacked my dog. They get along very well, but now she bites the dog and always chases her around the house. My dog never chases my cat unless she is getting chased. Why does this happen?
Why does my cat like to eat tape and lick photographs?
I always had females before, and Joshua is my first male. I just got him fixed a few weeks ago, and he seems to be a lot more affectionate than any of my females ever were after I got them fixed. Are males more affectionate after they get fixed then females, or is that assumption all in my head?
My one-year-old cat sometimes shakes as if she's shivering. It can be just her head or sometimes her head and legs when she's lying on her side. I took her to the vet and was assured she is fine, probably a nervous kitty. However, I feel uneasy watching her. She shakes when she purrs, is scared or when she wakes up. She does not lose consciousness or control of her body. What do think it can be?
I have a cat, Mickey, that is 11 years old. I have 6 other cats in the House. Mickey "yells" at two of the cats, one female and one male. They are all fixed. Usually early in the morning he yells at them, how do I get him to stop this?
In the next few months I am going to replace all the flooring (carpet in all rooms except bathroom & kitchen) in my condo. Is there anything special I should do to help the cat through this time?
Can a cat really suck your breath? On babies they breath through their noses if you blow gently as well as when a cat exhales the baby holds their breath. So when a cat sniffs excessively in a baby’s face the baby will hold their breath - in turn suck their breath.
Is it normal for a cat to snore?
 What do cats dream about?
My cat sometimes runs around the room like crazy. Is that a problem?
Why do cats raise their back end up as your hand gets closer to the tail while they are being pet?
Hi, my question is a simple one, I know cats make a purring sound and that means they are happy but, my cat (who just turned one) makes a humming sound most of the time although she does purr at times but the humming is done a lot. I'm curious of what could that mean, thank you.
Why does my cat (Nate) close his eyes very slowly while staring at me? Then he will reopen them and do it again.
Why does my cat like shoes and feet?
My 1-year-old cat, Zoe is drooling not only when she sleeps but also when she is very happy or very excited. It is not all the time just some of the time. Is there any way I can prevent this from happening again?
