Since I have a busy schedule, I have started my kitten on the “grazing” system of feeding. I don't feed her certain amounts at scheduled times, I merely make sure there is always food in her bowl. Therefore, is it OK if I continue to do this?

Is your cat occasionally throwing up undigested food shortly after eating? She is actually not vomiting, but regurgitating. This can be caused by eating too fast. Consider placing the cat food on a large dinner plate or baking sheet. This will help slow down the rate of consumption. You might try feeding smaller amounts more frequently to slow down rate of consumption.
