Help! My Cat Refuses to Eat!

My cat vomits after he eats. It is not new food to him and the only one he likes. He seems to do this when I am not at home and the food is hardly digested.

What are some possible reasons my cat is not eating?

My cats seem to eat so fast they throw up right after eating. Is this normal or should I take them to the vet?

My oldest cat is about 4 and I have just gotten a new kitten in the home to cheer up my younger cat. Now my oldest one doesn't eat, drinks very little and doesn’t use the litter box.

Why does my cat like to eat litter?

I have two kittens and no matter what I do they go in my plant, spreading the potting soil all over the carpet. I tried lemon peels, sticks, but it does not work. I put on clear tape but then the plant starts to yellow. The plant is too big to move it out of reach.

After using Purina Hairball Cat Chow, I have noticed my two cats are drinking 2 liters of water within two days. We are mixing the hairball Cat Chow with the urinary tract Cat Chow. The vet recommended the urinary tract several years ago. Our cats are 8 years old. Is this high amount of water usual? Is it caused by the hairball Cat Chow?

My two cats (both about ten months old) love to eat unsalted roasted peanuts - Is this a health hazard for them?
