I have a 14-month-old domestic shorthair cat. She used to be so loving and friendly for a long time. I am in the military so I had to leave her with a friend for six months. My friend loves cats, so I wasn't worried. But when I picked up my cat, she was completely different...doesn't like being picked up or held, or touched for that matter. Now she growls and snaps when frustrated. My heart is breaking. I know she needs time to adjust to her new home and new family members, but how long? Will I ever have my cat back again?

have a male and female kitten about 6 month old. Some day I will move out of my place and I want to know is there easy way I could separate my kittens?

My cat has to stay with my aunt for a year, because my parents are going overseas and she has been living at home. I live in a hostile at University and I can't keep her there. I can only see her every weekend but we are very attached to each other. My aunt lives on a plot next to a field where there are a lot of cats and she has three of her own. She has never been there before, but she has seen my aunt before and my aunt loves cats very much. I am afraid she will run away or get hurt by other cats, including my aunt's cats. I am also afraid that she will forget me.
