Kirby is almost 1 year old. His coat/fur is very unusual, it seems to be very "straggly" and "greasy" although he is not greasy. He looks like an alley cat. He is clean and combed but I can't seem to lose that "dirty" look. He grooms himself often but his fur doesn't change. I gave him a bath, and his hair gets fluffy for less than a day and goes right back to the way it was before he bathed. He has always looked this way. He appears to be healthy, although I have never seen another cat with this type of fur. Why is his fur this way? Thank you for your help! Kirby will thank you too.
