| It is important to feed your cat extra food while she is pregnant, particularly during the last two to three weeks before she has her kittens. A high-quality kitten food is a good choic, but the change from her regular food should be done carefully over at least seven days. Kittens born to mothers receiving insufficient amounts of protein show delayed development and poor social interaction. |
