| When you are visiting a breeder in preparation for acquiring a new cat, pay attention to the state of the facilities and the health of the cats. Ask to see the premises where the cats are kept and check for cleanliness and overcrowding. Ask about the mother's temperament and note her nourishment and state of well-being. Most professional breeders will gladly answer your questions and proudly show you their facilities. If you are met with resistance, consider visiting another breeder. |
